Sites like MSN and Yahoo are great for national and international news, but they don’t have anything local for anyone, at least not yet. There are other things you cannot get with an online newspaper. There are many great columns that are only run in the print version, as well as things like the comics and other fun stuff that many like to have along with their daily news. The online newspaper is designed to give you the news but won’t give you much else. They aren’t going to give you much in the way of editorials either, though some are changing that. You can find some classified ads and some job leads, but for the most comprehensive list you need to get the physical version of the paper.

When a news event occurs, you can find a lot of flavor by reading an online newspaper, and you may get a point of view that you can’t get on the news. You will find that opinions vary depending on where the online paper comes from, and you will find just how much the same news item differently affects people in different parts of your country of in different parts of the world. It’s a great way to see all sides of an issue or a story. An online newspaper is a great way to learn about different people and different ways of life.
