Even though you can get more books and find more things at an online book store, I still prefer to go to a real store when I have the chance. I like to wander up and down the aisles looking at everything they have to offer. Not only can you search for things much more conveniently, your searches may bring up things you may never have imagined.

Another great thing about the online book store is that you may order a things that you may have seen on your trip to a local book store, but did not purchase when you were there. If you already know what you want, but have yet to pick it up, and online book store is the perfect place to get it. Though shipping does add to the cost of each item you buy, you can save a lot of money on shipping if you buy more than one thing at once. There are of course benefits to both types of stores, and I hope both survive into the future. I cannot imagine a world that does not have local book stores, but I also know that finding what you need online is a great convenience.
