For continuing education

Strive to be your absolute best in life! That's what my folks always told me. Or maybe it was an army ad I saw on television a lot growing up. Hmm, I'm not too sure. Anyway, the message is still a stellar one. I truly and honestly believe that you can do almost everything you put your mind to. There may be a few things that are out of reach, but they are certainly FEW. Succeeding in life takes courage, discipline, motivation, diligence and drive. Oh, and let's not forget passion. These are things you don't buy. They're intangible attributes you can have and build on. One thing I recommend that everyone tackle in life is higher education. We need this in the environment we share. It's competitive and you must have an edge to bring to the game. So, in short, strive for continuing education at all costs.

We're not all blessed with a hefty trust fund or rich parents to put us through college. Does this mean we can't shoot for continuing education? Of course not! Get good grades throughout high school and you'll be bound for a University with a scholarship in your hand. This is the BEST way to roll! You get the benefits of college, but without the financial hardships. That's ideal if you ask me. In retrospect I wish I had received better grades in school. That C average back in the day was not such a good plan after all. Now I'm still paying back student loans. I should have worked harder for continuing education and earned a scholarship.

Adults and recent high school graduates alike should get enthused about bachelor degrees. It doesn't matter if you're 18 or 45, you can still shoot for continuing education at a University. Take classes online from the comfort of your living room, or do it the old-fashioned way and enjoy the campus life you've always wondered about. I know when I was in college; there were plenty of older individuals there as well. It's certainly not just about teenagers. The average age at my University was 26. I'll bet that surprises a lot of people. Don't let anything stand in your path for continuing education.
